How to use it
- Set your budget and estimated guest count.
- Enter the catering price per guest — if your caterer quoted a lump sum, divide it by guests. Catering is usually the biggest cost.
- Fill in the other items with your own quotes — every price differs by state and vendor, so we don't pretend to know yours.
- The result shows your total, cost per guest, biggest expense and whether you're within budget.
Honest notes
- These are your numbers, not our estimates — accuracy depends on the quotes you enter.
- Always keep an emergency buffer (the last row). Final bills are rarely below the first quote.
- Nothing is uploaded or saved; close the page and the numbers are gone.
